[SECC] contest activity (NOT!)

I am nearly certain to operate NAQP CW, but it's not a "big one"
for me.  I'll probably operate the CW Sprint, too.  CQWW 160 CW is
an uncertainty -- I hope to either have antennas back up or a place
to operate that one (especially after missing ARRL 160).
