[SECC] CQWW SSB

Working US mults in CQWW SSB on 40 is very difficult.  Often, I find the
easiest way is to move a friend.  I know it sounds silly, but many times
I've asked K4NO or N4KG (who lives about 5 miles away) to QSY to 40SSB
during the middle of  the day.
