In the results of the CQWW SSB contest I had qso points, penalty
points and a new mult removed for a call that supposedly was
"unverifiable". I take extra efforts to ensure that a new mult is logged
correctly even if it means spending extra time for call repeats over and
over again. I thought that maybe a "pirate" had called and worked me. The
call and Multiplier removed was OD5/F5SQM. Well, much to my delight and
surprise, I was looking at the new issue of CQ magazine and guess who's
picture is on page 21? None other than OD5/F5SQM himself!!! If this isn't
proof enough that a callsign/station does exists then I don't know what is.
I have sent an e-mail to K3EST in hopes that this can be corrected. This
would be enough points and mults to get me back into the second place spot
I had claimed. Has anyone on here ever disputed removed qso or multiplier
points? And If so, were they successful with their case??? 73 Ken N4UK
