[SECC] New Officers

New SECC officers begin their terms as of August 1, and I want to welcome 
new SECC President Gary, K9AY; Vice President Greg, K4NO; and Secretary 
Bill, AA4LR.  Nancy, NK4U continues in her role of treasurer, looking after 
club assets.

In March, 1997 our membership included N4VJ (aka W4AN), AA4GA, AB4RU (aka 
W4WA), K4OGG, K2UFT, K4AB, KI4Y, and W1RR.  At last count we are now 
somewhere over 100 members.  We've come a long way in 4 years!
