 Just to add to what Bill said.  KL9A was 599 here 2 night ago at 0400Z on
15
 CW.

 Can't give up on the high bands to move folks late in the contest.

 MOVE FOLKS EARLY..too often we see in write ups someone mentions they
waited
 too late to start moving folks.
