[SECC] NAQP CW Results

I ended up putting in more time than I originally thought I'd be able to.
I guess that's a good thing.

10 meters didn't offer much here.  I don't really have a 80 meter antenna up
presently, but through sheer brute force from my tuner, I was able to
generate a little RF there.

Here's my results for Team #4:
