[SECC] Sprint Teams Update

In my opinion, the multipliers in Sprints are almost completely a result
of luck.  If you hear a multiplier on a band, you are very lucky if you
can be the one station he works before QSYing somewhere else to call
someone or to CQ.  About all you can do is to try to CQ on that band
until the multiplier calls you.  73, John, K4BAI.
