[SECC] GQP 2001 log listing on web

Having received several requests for such:

The listing of "logs received so far" is on the www.secc.contesting.com web
site
Go to the GQP page and find the big button in the top of the page.
The listing is a simple rendering of what I have been posting so far, but is
now available on the site.

Jim, AD1C, John, K4BAI, and several others, mentioned it was a good thing to
do, and I had actually been doing the page work for it.

So it is now there...  Last entry was Zoli, HA1AG, and we are over 70 now.
