[SECC] GA Ham license plate needed

I have a friend in CA who is in the early stages of his WAS-ham license
plates, and he's looking for GA.  Anyone know of someone who might have an
extra one (not in use, of course)?  I suspect he'll cover a reasonable fee
plus shipping.
