[SECC] Wrong contest

In an earlier post regarding power levels I mentioned RAC. Actually, working
two contests in the weekend had my brain in a download crisis. Actually, the
info was about the SP, not RAC. I notice John, K4BAI, later posted a similar
message with the correct contest listed.
