[SECC] Support for SECC

SECC needs help!  K9AY and others have pointed out that our web site is 
embarrassingly out of date.  Most of the pages on the site need to be 
updated.  Is there anyone out there who has the knowledge and time to take 
care of the SECC web site?

I promise to wait out any pileup and work you in every domestic contest, if 
only someone will come forward.
