[SECC] Not Too Shabby!!!

Congratulations to SECC members W4WA, who took first place in the low power 
category in the 2000 ARRL 160-meter contest; and to W4AN (at SECC member 
W8JI's station), who took first place, high power, in the same 
contest!  And if that weren't enough, SECC member KA9EKJ took second in the 
QRP category!  We dang near had a single-op sweep.

Well done Ron, Bill and Roger!
