[SECC] NAQP

I will be traveling later this month and will miss either GQP or NAQP CW,
depending
on the final arrangements.

I'll be full time for NAQP CW if at home, potential for M/2 from elsewhere
if the trip
happens.  Plan on a half-time effort from me in the SSB edition.
