W4AN, K5OT, and K4BAI will be QRV on both modes on all bands in IARU RS
this weekend, multi single.  This will be the same contest that Bill and
I will operate in from Finland next summer in WRTC.  Please give us a
call anywhere you hear us as this is another contest where each contact
counts some points, including locals.  Hope everyone has a great time
and that conditions will be good.  Don't forget to look for E-Skip on 10
meters, possibly including early evening hours.  15 and 20 meters could
be open around the clock.  Mults are ITU zones per band and HQ stations
per mode.  W1AW/6 will be QRV from No Calif including N6RO's QTH and
NU1AW (HQ of IARU) will be QRV from K2LE's contest QTH in Vt.

Let's not forget to talk up the GQP for the next weekend too.  Please
advise K5OT of any mobile or rover plans.
