[SECC] Plaques

Well, the volunteers to handle the plaques haven't been fighting among 
themselves to see who gets to do it for this weekend's contest.  So . . 
.  as a parting gesture of good will as K9AY takes over as SECC president 
(August 1), I'll handle the plaques this one year.

I haven't taken time to figure out who is supposed to be sponsoring which 
plaques but if anyone wants to send me their contribution for a plaque(s) I 
will gladly accept your money.  Let me know the category you are sponsoring.
