[SECC] GQP thoughts

I vistited a few sites and came up with a few preliminary ideas....

A separate web site for GQP.... outside of SECC.  Many of the other states
are set up this way

Rework the web site with the current suggestions plus some new input...
Complete reports, mobile plans and county coverage for upcoming.  Full
analysis and feedback, and god archives

Match Florida rules, and get Alabama and some other SE states to do same....
Then sponsor a "Triple Crown of the SE" for Top Cummulative score in any 3
of them.

Offer free contest software for in and out of state... I can help here, can
fix up the one I made for my Island work.

Get listed on the links for the other Party sites, we are not on CAL or PA
as of recent.

This is my short list, no real deep thought, just observations from some
browsing.  Reworking the web site will happen even under SECC, that is a
gotta do.

Some QP's use ARRL sections, and offer bonus points for some activities, but
that probably is too much of a change.  If we can get identical rules, we
will get more support from the popular software sources, it would come down
to a state label, and a file of county name abbreviations to deal with.

The multistate recognition might catch on, like Powerball lotteries.  A
common rule set is needed to form the base for that too.   At least it would
minimize the impact of variations between the QPs.
We might even start a trend...

That is the first of my thoughts, .....
