[SECC] WRTC & Atlanta Hamfest

Hello guys:  My brother is out of town for the weekend and I will have
to stay home on Saturday and bring him and his caregiver lunch.  I'll
try to get the updated list of candidates tomorrow and give Gary my
impressions.  Bill feels strongly that it is wrong for us to trade votes
and we should just vote for the people we feel are the best.
