John,
My apologies for moving you to Muscatine county, from your real location in
Muscogee.  That is an error on my part.  There is/are Muscatine counties
elsewhere in my experience, and that is how the error happened. (Iowa)
Clearly a senior moment for me.  I now have a full list of the real counties
and abreviations, and I should be OK.

ED, please notice this change for the plaques, that my translation of John's
county was in error...
