[SECC] Sweepstakes Results

Well, I had to finish up early so I thought I'd go ahead and post my
Sweepstakes results.

Up 100 or so QSO's from last year.  Missed Alaska, Maritime, and South
Carolina (can't believe that I used to give out S.C. as a multiplier) for
the sweep.
