[SECC] CW CQWW Results

Here's my CW contribution to the SECC CQWW effort:

I only went at it part-time.  Between thunderstorms and the Georgia -
Georgia Tech game, I didn't operate at all on Saturday night.

What happened to 10 and 15 meters on Saturday morning?  Sunday morning,
conditions seemed to have returned to what I was expecting and I did pretty
good; picking up a lot of European multipliers that I didn't even hear on
Saturday.

Family responsibilities cut into Sunday afternoon, but all in all - not a
bad effort for 100 watts and a 40 meter dipole.
