[SECC] Scotty K0DQ shown living in Marietta

A recent FCC update showed Scotty K0DQ living in Marietta.  Scot was very
active in his teenage years as K0DQI and spend many years in the Navy.  He
operated as W3ADO at the Naval Academy and was heard from both Mexico and
Uruguay in his early Navy years.  I understand his last assignment was as
Commander of Naval Forces in the Arabian Sea based in Kuwait.  He operated
as A92Q.
