[SECC] CQ statement on 160 meter band plan

Due to the recent flurry regarding the ARRL 160 meter band plan  CQ has
issued this statement
(please do not re-print without permission of CQ Communications or Bob Cox
K3EST).


CQ takes no position on any band plan or frequency allocation.

CQ and its contest directors have enough trouble enforcing contest rules.
Regulations in any country are up to that country.
