For immediate release.
Out of respect for the people of New York dealing with the tragedy this week
and to keep the airwaves clear for emergency and health and welfare traffic,
the Tennessee Contest Group has decided to cancel this year's Tennessee QSO
Party, which was scheduled for Sunday, September 16.
Although, it would be nice to try to reschedule the event, and since the
busy contest season is approaching, it is probably not really possible to
resechedule without conflicting with another contest or event.
Please update your lists and distribute the information to other
reflectors/groups that should be informed.
