WB6BWZ/Atlanta QRP part-time achieved 21 QSO's at half time - 420 pts - and Q's
with the following states:

NJ GA TN VA MI OH WV IL IN MO

Farthest stateside stn heard was in Oregon.

Operating Period: 2300Z (1800 ET) Fri - 0800Z (0300 ET) Sa (9 hrs)

Rig: FT-817 (in a fourth floor apartment) feeding a top end-fed 73-foot
Inverted-L 24-ga stealth antenna up 40 feet in trees adjacent to I-75 in
downtown Atlanta.

Soapbox: This is my first time on 160. Heard more stns on 160 than on 80 in the
NAQP recent contests but they were much harder to work. Also slingshot'd (after
dark) another 100+ foot 28-ga wire into the trees about 90 degrees from the
original Inverted-L (after attempting various counterpoises indoors). So now the
antenna is an OCF 173' pseudo-doublet fed directly at the ATU (10 feet indoors).
Did not notice any operational difference from the orig Inv-L or with the wires
switched at the ATU terminals. I plan to experiment feeding both wires in
parallel tonight. Overall I am more impressed with 160 than I thought I would be
and having fun.

Had to quit at 0300 ET to work my regular job (will do same tonight). Luckily I
didn't have any on-calls to respond to.

How's everybody doing in CQ 160?

I only operated off and on for maybe 6 hours and have about 45K.
