[SECC] SEDXC name ?

Only ARRL requires standardized names, which would be South East Contest
Club and Sounteastern DX Club.  Dink requests that we use the SECC and
SEDXC abbreviations for the 3830 submissions unless we want the name
wrapped around on the next line.

I think Dave, K4JRB, will recognize SEDXC or Southeatern DX Club.
