Dick - will you please help me get this out on the 
SEDXC and SECC reflectors.

John, W4NU, now has his Kuwaiti license (W4NU/9K2) and

is planning to start operation this Sunday on 20 and
15 meters SSB. They are 7 hours ahead.  QSL manager
will be NK4U.
