At present, the club bylaws state that members must attend two meetings
and submit scores to two major contests each year. I agree with John
that all members should be considered "in good standing." 

I would like to hear any other comments before proposing a change to the 
bylaws that reflects the new ARRL club competition rules. Post your
thoughts to the reflector. Or, you can send me a private e-mail.
