This is a common occurance,  Leave them in the log.  YI9OM is  a G and the
YA5T operators have been operating with low visibility antennas...its
probably a slim.  Put a comment about this being a possible slim and if the
contest is run correctly there will be no penalty.
Both areas do boom in to Atlanta on 20 to 10 when propagation is right.  I
have worked EP3 on 17 and 10 in the past few months and HZ1HZ always called
me on 10 from various multi ops I was at including N4HOH in 1988 (he is now
K4BI). That year a number of possible bogus calls called in S79D (OK), AP2AD
(OK) and VQ9QM (a slim as W4QM only operates CW).
