[SECC] Apology for QSL Card - WPX Phone

Sorry to waste your bandwidth with my attempt to send
a scan of the QSL card.  No problem with other
services but Yahoo seems to want to make a JPG file a
TXT file for some reason.  Guess we'll have to QSO and
I can send you a real one!

AS to WPX Phone, I'll be dusting off club call NG4Z
and giving it a run on Saturday in a limited fashion.
