What's to mistrust about the MFJ 259? If you're near strong AM broadcast 
stations, it can give some odd readings, but I haven't heard of any 
serious problems with it.

It's not a precision instrument, but it can be really helpful to adjust 
antennas and such. 

Mine is one of the best antenna investments I've made.
