[SECC] New member - Larry Van Horn, N5FPW

Please join me to welcome Larry Van Horn, N5FPW to the SECC. Larry joined 
in late June. Larry is formerly WH6INU, so I'm sure he has stories about 
contesting from the pacific.

Larry indicates he likes to run in various phone and PSK31 contests: 
state QSO parties, DX contests, and domestic contests. He usually runs 
QRP, and has taken first place in the ARRL SS and the ARRL 10m in the 
Roanoke division. You'll find a lot of CW guys in the club, Larry, but 
don't worry, many of them own microphones as well.

Larry works for Grove Enterprises and is the assistant editor of 
Monitoring Times.
