[SECC] New member - Adam Hoffman, AF4QZ

Please welcome Adam Hoffman, AF4QZ, who joined the club in July. Adam was 
previously KG4BZH.

Adam indicates he likes the CQWW CW contest. Since he's also in that 
overly rare state of South Carolina, we should also encourage him to 
operate NAQP, Sweepstakes and the 160m contest.
