[SECC] 2003 GAQP Mobile Plans // NY4N

Here is the proposed mobile route for the 2003 GAQP. At this time, I am going 
to use CW only, low power catagory. This may change if there are no other 
team uses SSB and code. Picked several counties this trip, will try to touch 
them all. 
   Will use 20 and 40 meters the most, some 15 m and tring to get my 80 meter 
coil to load this week. Hope to see you on the bands.
