Sorry for the long delayed response....

This was discussed at the June ATL Hamfest meeting of the SECC.

We decided it was better to leave the GQP on a consistant date every 
year, rather than try to work around the Easter holidays each year. Sure, 
Sunday participation may be down somewhat next year. We'll have to make 
it up with more Saturday activity.
