[SECC] NAQP

Ever feel like a voice crying in the wilderness?  You can lead them to RTTY,
but you can't make them type (or better yet, make them press the correct
Function keys)

Just for clarification, it's the ARRL RTTY Roundup that is on for this
coming weekend (not the RTTY NAQP).
