[SECC] KS4Q DX Cluster Status

I've moved telnet access of the KS4Q DX Cluster to port 7300. If you enter the following in your telnet program, you can gain access.  

The telnet address is:  ks4q.no-ip.com:7300
This change is effective now.

As always, there are no announcements.  Using the powerful features of AR Cluster software you can tailor the cluster output to suit your invidual preferences.
