[SECC] GQP change

Any chance the contest period could be shortened ??? 24 hours , or whatever it is is
way to long for the amount of activity we get in this QSO party. I would like to see
us go to the 12 hour format like many of the
other contest clubs that are sponsoring State QSO parties are doing....
