[SECC] Writelog and the VO's

Help,

When working VO1HP and VO1MP in the NAQP, they gave NF as a QTH, but
Writelog didn't recognize it.  I have put in LAB as the location for
Newfoundland and Labrador, but would like advice as to what the actual entry
should be.  With the LAB entry, my mults are higher, because the NF was not
recognized, and a "?" was in the mult/qth column.  "LAB" is recognized and
works right.

Checking the NAQP website, they bunch NF and LAB into one area, so LAB might
be OK.

Any guidance would be helpful before I submit the file.
