John Day W4XJ passed away May 2nd in Knoxville, TN of a heart attack. John Ex W4LUH, K5RFJ was a professor at UT and was a top drawer CW and Contest Operator. I first met him when he was a college student in Jackson, MS over 40 years ago. He was K5RFJ then. His brother says a memorial service will be held in July in Knoxville. Dave K4JRB
