[SECC] Proposed SECC officers

The SECC usually votes on officers at the Atlanta hamfest.  I have secured commitments from 2 members to be the Vice President and the Secretary for 2003-2004 I have not heard from the person I asked about taking the office of president.

I will open this up for discussion on the reflector on how to proceed.  

Is there someone willing to take the office of president of the SECC for the next year?
