My record is unblemished.  I have continued my tradition of never having a 
clean sweep in the CWSS.  I never heard NT.

It's been a long time since I operated full time in a contest and the first 
few hours were not fun.  I was rusty as all get-out.  I suspected early on 
that I would not beat my personal best.  That, plus the fact that I had a 
TV with me in the shack and was watching TRLog with one eye and the GA/FL 
game with the other -- well, with me being a Bulldog fan you get my 
drift.  Oh well.

I was surprised by the activity late in the contest, right up to the 
end.  For a number of years in the past I would plan to take the final two 
hours off but I'm glad I didn't do that this time.

Wasn't the disturbance on Sunday afternoon weird?  I tuned across every 
band, well, except for 160, and only heard one station.  Now I wish I had 
noted who it was.  They were in the midwest.  That was so strange, right in 
the middle of the SS.

As I told someone earlier today, one of fun things about this contest is 
that you contact people who you have contacted in the same contest for many 
years.  And even though I wouldn't know 99% of them if I met them on the 
street, and even though the contact only lasts for seconds (hopefully), 
that friendship developed over the years is pretty neat.
