[SECC] ALA QSO Party Rules

I am trying to setup NA for the AQP, The rules at
http://web.dbtech.net/~dxcc/page0004.htm are not very
clear. They don't tell you :

1) If you can work a station once band/mode or once per band.

2) QSO points for CW vs SSB.

3) Multipliers - do they count once per mode or only once. Do ALA stations count
counties + states ?

4) Can ALA stations work other ALA stations or only out of state ??

5) Nothing on how you calculate your final score.


  Is there a more detailed explanation of the rules somewhere else ???
