[SECC] NAQP

[K4SB]

Addendum: 4 comm ports, 2 LPT ports. All check good on loop back
tests.(LPT2 is disabled ) No IRQ conflicts on any. INI files has
CW_ON_PIN1=1, but that line is in the "config section"
