Built a K9AY loop for rx and pointed it NE.  I'd say the loop accounted for
about one-third of the Qs by not having to ask for repeats.  Missed WY
stateside, picked up ON6, G3, CO, and VP2 for DX (all but the CO called me).
Wouldn't have gotten the G3 or ON6 without the loop.  It really was a great
crud cutter.  

Couldn't say the band was good as I didn't here too much out of the
carribean (ZF6NT, FM5 ,etc).  ME, NH and the west coast were really weak
this year. 

This is a fun test for me working out of my "permanent field day site."  The
after-effects are rough as I vegged out all day Sunday.
