We'll also have practices for both these contests next Thursday and 
Friday.  The real contests occur on the January 8-9 weekend.

These practices are a good opportunity to:
*Test your antennas to make sure they have survived the winter so far
*Test logging software, CW and RTTY keying interfaces, and SO2R setup
*Practice moving stations to other bands
*Get in one last contest fix before the new year
