[SECC] Corrections to CQ 160 Claimed Scores

Sorry, Jeff.  I typed Jeff's QSO total wrong and didn't catch it. 
Obviously, to have the score KU8E had, his QSO total was 258, rather 
than the 158 that I typed.

Also, I now have the claimed score for K4OGG and it is 27,995.  He is 
correctly placed in the results, but I didn't have the claimed score 
when I posted the information earlier.
