[SECC] NAQP RTTY

We're quickly getting down to the wire for signing up team members and
selecting our team name to play in the NAQP RTTY contest on the 17th and
18th.

We'll have to cut off team member sign up about the 14th to allow team
members to vote on the name and to get it and team members registered
for the contest.
