Please correct the info on the SMIRK Contest.  The restriction on the 
use of frequencies below 50.150 applies only to the 50 khz between 
50.100 and 50.150.  So CW QSOs are OK below 50.100 regardless of the QTH 
of the station worked.  Now for some propagation so we can have some of 
those QSOs.  73, John, K4BAI.
