[SECC] CQ 160 Claimed Scores

I guess when he's down on the island he submits to fcg.. It would be nice to
have him join us but its his option.

Most likely cause I can see is he is not a member, according to the
membership list. And although this would not present a problem in some
contests, he has refused to consider email I have sent him requesting
he join us.
