Yes, I have talked to Tim about that.  That was an error in entering his 
score on the 3830 form.  Just like Hal, N4GG, accidentally listed SCCC 
instead of SECC in his 3830 submission.

TCG has chosen the Tennessee ARRL section rather than a 175-mile circle 
for their ARRL contest area, so neither Tim nor anyone else outside 
Tennessee may count for TCG, although they may belong to the club, of 
course.
